Refunds

Once orders are placed, you have 24hrs to make any changes to orders otherwise there will be NO REFUNDS after that.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns being that items are custom! Also there are no returns or refunds on charms, fabric or patch orders please be sure to read descriptions and policies before making a purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Shipping

To be sure that your package is delivered within the time frame chosen at checkout, please make sure that the address is entered correctly. If package is returned, there will be a fee of $15 to correct the address and resend out any packages.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
